How do I get my device to you?
We will send a courier to collect your device. Once you accept our offer for your device we will send you a packing label from our courier. Securely package your device (see our packing guide for safe packaging of your device). Hand your package over to our courier when they arrive. We can only schedule collection by a day. Some of our couriers offer drop off options. If this is available to you we will let you know when we send your packing label.

How will I get paid?
We pay on receipt of your device. As soon as we have checked that the condition of the device matches your description we will pay you either via PayPal or BACS transfer. This should happen the day after we receive your device, however in busy periods this may take a day or so longer.

Do you need all the accessories?
Yes we do. If you do not pack, or do not have any of the accessories that came with your device we may have to offer you a reduced sum of money for your device.

What happens if I disagree with your revised price?
If we offer you a revised price for your device due to condition or accessories you are free not to accept this. In such a case we will simply return your device to you at our expense. Please note that in this situation your data may no longer be on the device. Data security is your responsibility so please make sure any data you need to retain is backed up from your device prior to sending it in to us,

Our site has the ability to decipher your devices specification based only on the serial number. The serial number is usually located on the underside or back of your device. Apple print serial numbers in very small type so you may have to squint. Your serial number may have become unreadable due to wear. In this case we can usually help you to work out what year etc your device is by asking you questions over the phone. Give us a call and we will try to help.
